We watch conditions daily and make the final call by 7:00 AM on tour day. If we cancel for weather, you choose: reschedule free, or a full refund. No questions, no fees.
Cancel 24 hours or more before your tour for a full refund. Inside 24 hours, we'll reschedule you if we possibly can — but no refunds.
Every guest signs a liability waiver before getting in the water. You'll get a link to sign online after booking, or you can sign in person before the tour — allow a few extra minutes if so.
